Ann Palmer

Ann Palmer, 90, passed away March 7, 2009. She was born in Akron to the late Paul and Eva (Varga) Pavlik and was a lifelong resident. She was a 1936 graduate of Garfield High School, was a member of St. John's Lutheran Church
and enjoyed ballroom dancing and gardening. Her family was her greatest treasure, however, and she dedicated her life to them.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her brothers, John and Paul. She is survived by her husband of 39 years, Daniel Sr.; children, Daniel Jr., George (Mary), Janet Lasater and Lena Vidahl; 10 grandchildren and 5 great-grandchildren.

The funeral service will be held on Thursday, March 12, 2009, at 11 a.m., at the Eckard Baldwin Sanctuary Chapel, 760 E. Market St., with Pastor Lee Achmoody officiating. Interment East Akron Cemetery. The family will receive
friends at the funeral home on Thursday for ONE HOUR prior to the service, from 10 - 11 a.m. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to St. John Lutheran Church, 550 E. Wilbeth Rd., Akron, OH 44301.
