Mildred Kathleen "Millie" Allman

Kathleen Allman Mildred "Millie" Kathleen Allman, 84, passed away April 5, 2005 at Stow-Glen Retirement Center.

Born in Charleston, W. Va., she resided in the Akron area for over 50 years and was a former supervisor at Quikey Manufacturing Co.

Preceded in death by husband, James, she will be sadly missed by sisters, Mary (Robert) Jones of Carmel, Ind., and Louise (Charles) Ashworth of Fort Lauderdale, Fla.; several nieces and nephews.

The funeral service will take place Friday, April 8 at 11 a.m. at the Hillside Memorial Park Mausoleum Chapel, 1025 Canton Rd., with Rev. Lindsey Hayes officiating. Interment at Hillside Memorial Park. There will be no calling hours. In lieu of flowers, the family suggests that memorial donations be made to the charity of one's choice.
