Robert L. Bills, 80, passed away October 17, 2006. He was a Elder and member of South East Church of Christ and was a Army Veteran of WW II. He was a loving, husband, father and grandfather.

He was preceded in death by his wife, Alice; son, Robert Jr.; granddaughter, Jenna Sue; 2 brothers and 2 sisters and parents.

He is survived by his wife, Mae; son, Stephen (Lisa) Bills; daughters, Linda (Don) Ruegg, Ruth Archer, Karen Smith and Judy (Ted) Lawrence; grandchildren, Carolyn (Keith) Schall, Daniel (Beth) Ruegg, Jill (Dan) Gravo, Brian Bills, Dylan Archer, Katey and Bradley Smith, Jessica, Ashley and Alexander Lawrence, Taylor, Seth and Mark Bills; great grandchildren, Haleigh, Andrew and McKenna; sister Juanita Thompson; 4 step-children and several step-grandchildren and great grandchildren and many other loving family and friends.

The funeral service will be Friday, October 20, 2006 at 11:00 a.m. at the Eckard Baldwin Sanctuary Chapel, 760 E. Market St. with Mr. Vernon Teagarden officiating. Interment at Greenlawn Memorial Park. The family will receive friends TODAY from 4 to 8 p.m. at the funeral home.
