Donna L. Patterson-Dunn

Donna L. Patterson-Dunn, 52, passed away April 21, 2007. Born in Ravenna, she was an Akron resident for most of her life and was a dedicated wife, mother and homemaker.

Preceded in death by her mother, Mary Lou, she is survived by her loving husband of 20 years, Thomas; sons, Jonathan (Liz) Patterson and Joshua Patterson; grandson, Michael Dunn; sisters, Nikki (Bobby) Abels, Trudy Tate and Barbara (Danny) Starcher; and many other loving family members and friends. The family would also like to express a special thanks to the staff of Hospice of Summa, for their heart-felt care of Donna.

The funeral service will be held on Thursday, April 26, 2007, at 1 p.m., at the Eckard Baldwin Sanctuary Chapel, 760 E. Market St., Akron, OH 44305, with Wayne Wright and Todd Dunn officiating. Interment at Standing Rock Cemetery. The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Wednesday, April 25, from 5 – 8 p.m. In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made in remembrance of Donna to the funeral home.
