Hazel D. Endicott

Hazel D. Endicott, 96, passed away on August 8, 2006. Born in Osceala Mills, PA, she lived most of her life in the Akron area. Mrs. Endicott retired as a cook from Cuyahoga Falls General Hospital in 1974 with 12 years service.

She was preceded in death by her husband George, in 1974. She is survived by her sons, James and Gordon; granddaughter, Alissa Endicott; sister, Emily Kageorge, and numerous nieces, nephews and other family members.

The family offers a special thank you to Dr. Dan, Cheryl, Mike S., Kay, Mary, Mike T., and the staff at Windsong for their kind and compassionate care to Hazel.

The funeral service will be Thursday, August 10, 2006, at 11:00 a.m., at the Eckard Baldwin Sanctuary Chapel, 760 E. Market St. with Rev. Mike Shaub officiating. Interment at Rose Hill Burial Park. The family will receive friends at the funeral home for ONE HOUR prior to the service, from 10 - 11 a.m.
