Dennis P. Knable

Dennis P. Knable, 54, passed away April 10, 2005. He was Co. Pastor at Grace Summit Community Church, a self employed carpenter and serviced with The Way Out Prison Ministry. He was preceded in death by his parents, Kenneth and Mary; brother Kenneth. He is survived by his loving wife of 20 years Linda; son, Daniel (Suzanne) Price, grandchild Jaden Price; daughter Rachel (Javier) Figueroa; sons Patrick and Kevin; sisters Margaret (David) Hatala; Carol Brent and many other loving family and friends.

Dennis will always be remembered as a loving husband, father, brother, pastor and friend. He guided all of our lives as a role model and wise counselor . His encouragement, strength, tenderness, wisdom and sense of humor will be missed by all.

His family would like to thank everyone for their help, especially Ashlee, Marvin, Mike and Steve, as well as the nurses at 7 East, Akron City Hospital for their compassion and gentle care of Dennis.

The funeral service will be Wednesday, April 13, 2005 at 1:00 p.m. at the Eckard Baldwin Sanctuary Chapel, 760 E. Market St, with Rev. Mike Marette and Rev. Glenn Rogers officiating. Interment at East Liberty Cemetery. The family will receive friends at the funeral home TODAY from 1 to 3 and 6 to 8 p.m.
