Ronald L. Barnett

Ronald L. Barnett, 61, passed away March 27, 2008. Born in Grantsville, West Virginia, he lived most of his life in the Akron area. Ron was a driver for Garlando’s Produce for 32 years before retiring in 1986.

He was proceeded in death by his parents, Raymond and Dicey; brother, Robert; and wife, Rosalie. He is survived by daughters, Alice, Paula, and Marie; brother, Ronnie; 12 grandchildren; stepmother, Oma Brown; cousin, Ruth Taylor; and many nieces, nephews, and good friends.

The funeral will be Monday, March 31, 2008, at 1:00 p.m., at the Eckard Baldwin Sanctuary Chapel, 760 E. Market St. with Rev Barbara Davis officiating. Interment at Northlawn Memorial Gardens. The family will receive friends at the funeral home MONDAY, two hours prior to the service from 11:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.

In Lieu of flowers, the family requests donations may be made to the Eckard Baldwin Funeral Home in honor of Ronald.
