M. Grace Betz

M. Grace Betz, 93, went home to be Jesus her savior on August 5, 2005. She was a member of the Chapel since 1961, Workers for Christ, Harvesters and the Women's Auxiliary of Haven of Rest.

She was preceded in death by her husband Howard; 3 brothers and 1 sister. She is survived by her sons Ray ( Mary) of N.C., Wayne (Gretchen) of N.J. and daughter Ruth (Bob) Watterson of Akron; 8 grandchildren and 10 great grandchildren; sisters Mildred Struble of Iowa and Ruth Devitt of Salineville.

The funeral service will be Wednesday, August 10, 2005 at 1:00 p.m. at the Eckard Baldwin Sanctuary Chapel, 760 E. Market St. with Rev. Eloy Pacheco officiating. Interment at Rose Hill Burial Park. The family will receive friends for TWO HOURS prior to the service form 11 to 1 p.m. At the request of the family donation can be made to the Chapel for Camp Carl, 135 Fir Hill Akron, Ohio 44304.
