Arvilla Cooper, 88, passed away June 14, 2005. Born in Fairmont, WV, she had been an Akron resident for the past 30 years. Her family meant the world to her, and she will be sadly missed.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Raymond W.; sonís, Raymond E., William and James; and sister, Katherine. She is survived by her son, Robert; daughter, Barbara White; 24 grandchildren; numerous great-grandchildren; and many other loving relatives and friends.

The funeral service will be held on Friday, June 17, 2005, at 1 p.m., at the Eckard Baldwin Sanctuary Chapel, 760 E. Market St., with Rev. Ernie Kemppel officiating. Interment at Hillside Memorial Park. The family will receive friends at the funeral home TODAY from 4 ñ 7 p.m.
