Maria Theresa Copeland

Maria Theresa Copeland, 86, went home to be with the Lord at Hospice Care Center on January 8, 2006. She was a member of the Grace Baptist Church. Preceded in death by her husband, George; son, Roy Mathew; daughter, Suzanne; brothers, Michael Vinglione and Louis Bifulco and sister, Florence Oaks. She is survived by her daughters, Florence (David) Martin, Yvonne (Brian) Cherkala and Janet Combs; grandchildren, Theresa (Trevor) Taylor, David Martin Jr., Chrissy (Tommy) Privara, Lisa (Daniel) Williams,and Brent, Ryan and Yvette Cherkala and Brandon Tester, Brittany Tester and Bryant "Goo" Combs; great grandchildren, Troy and Trishelle Taylor, Jacob and Jason Privara, Kylee and Daniel Williams, Annabella Koreski, Larry Davis and Joseph Marino Jr. who were like sons to her; sisters, Elizabeth Redding, Ann Civitello, Clara Marino and Julia Attruia; sister - in- law Jean Nichols and brother in law Harold Oaks and a host of family and friends,

The family would like to extend a special thanks to St. Luke's Lutheran Community and Hospice Care Center and Helen from Ridgewood for there kindness and care of mom.

The funeral service will be Wednesday, January 11, 2006 at 11:00 a.m. at the Eckard Baldwin Sanctuary Chapel, 760 E. Market St. with Rev. D. Phillip Hulgin officiating. Interment at Hillside Memorial Park. The family will receive friends Tuesday from 4 to 8 p.m. at the funeral home. In lieu of flowers donations can be made to the Hospice Care Center, 3358 Ridgewood Rd. Akron OH 44333
