Rosa Lee (nee Walker) Holcomb Harrison

Rosa Lee (nee Walker) Holcomb Harrison, 77, went home to be with the Lord on December 27, 2005 after a long illness. She came to Ohio from Oklahoma in 1952 and worked at St. Thomas Hospital until she retired.

She was preceded in death by her infant son, Johnny Lee; parents, Clarence and Bertha Walker; brothers, Willard and Emale; and sisters, Adline Stewart and Gladys Cox. She is survived by her daughters, Millie (Ron) Wright, of Akron and Mary (Frankie) Williams, of GA.; 7 grandchildren and 17 great grandchildren; sisters, Alma Blakley of Catoosa Okla., Lizzie Sweeney of Collinsville, Okla. and Katherine (Fred) Rott of Pryor Okla; and many nieces, nephews and friends.

The family would like to thank the Valley View Nursing Home Alzheimer unit for the love they gave mom, and Harbor Light for the Hospice Care.

The funeral service will be Tuesday, January 3, 2006 at 2:00 p.m. at the Eckard Baldwin Sanctuary Chapel, 760 E. Market St. with Pastor Sharon Bauman officiating. Interment at Northlawn Memorial Gardens. The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Monday, January 2, 2006 from 4 to 7 p.m.
