Thomas R. Joyner

Thomas R. Joyner, 73, passed way June 30, 2005 surrounded by his loving family.

He retired from Local 33/ Sheet Metal, was a U.S. Army Vet eran of the Korean War, a member of the St. Paul's Cath olic Church, and was founder of Tom Mar Golf. As founder of Tom Mar Golf, his idea of diving for golf balls has now spread across the country.

He is survived by his loving wife of 53 years Marjorie, sons Jim (Diana), Anthony (Sheila), Donnie; daughter, Kathy (Larry) Young; son, Anthony; daughter, Tina (Don) Wallace and son Guy (Stephanie); 10 grandchildren; brothers John and Don, and dear friend Mike Schember.

The family would like to give a special thanks to Dr. Wright and Dr. Petrus and the staff at the Hospice Care Center for all thier compassion and comfort.

A Mass of Christian burial will be Wednesday, July 6, 2005 at 10:00 a.m. at the St. Paul's Catholic Church 1580 Brown St. with Fr. Ralph Thomas officiating. Interment at Ohio West ern Reserve National Cemetery. The family will receive friends Tuesday, July 5 at the Eckard Baldwin Funeral Home 760 E.
