Betty R. McAlarney

Betty R. McAlarney, 78, passed away May 10, 2006. She always had a smile on her face and everywhere she went she never meet a stranger. She was preceded in death by her husband, James; parents, Geraldine and Forest; sisters, Lois Jean Miller and JoAnne Allen. She is survived by her daughter, Beverly McAlarney; sister, Lucille (Lee) Bullock of Columbus, OH., and several nieces and nephews; aunts, Mary Allen and Marion Hites, and many other adopted family and friends.

The family would like to extend a special thanks to the staff at Traditions at Bath and the Hospice Care Center for all of their caring and compassion during Betty short Illness.

The funeral service will be Saturday, May 13, 2006 at 2:00 p.m. at the Eckard Baldwin Sanctuary Chapel, 760 E. Market St. Interment at Chestnut Hill Cemetery. The family will receive friends Friday from 5 to 8 p.m. at the funeral home.
