Thelma M. McCaleb

Thelma M. McCaleb (nee Reese), 77, passed away May 18, 2005 at her residence. Born in Wood County, WV, she resided in the Akron area for 60 years and worked as a Child Care Provider for Children's Services of Summit County.

Preceded in death by beloved husband, Jerry and sisters Ethel, Millie, Opal, she will be sadly missed by son, Ron (Toni) Gould Sr.; daughter, Becky McCaleb; grandchildren, Ron Jr., Melissa, Heather; brothers, Dick, Jim; sisters, Gladys, Ruth, Bessie, Connie; numerous nieces and nephews.

The funeral service will take place Monday, May 23, at 1 p.m. at the Eckard Baldwin Sanctuary Chapel, 760 East Market Street, with Rev. Ernie Kemppel officiating. Interment at Tallmadge Cemetery. The family will receive friends on Monday at the funeral home for two hours prior to service time from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m.
