We were sad to learn of Dale's passing, and send our sincere condolences to the family. Dale was a good and truly friendly man, and we always enjoyed his company at family gatherings. He was a favorite cousin of my father, Lloyd.

I was so sorry to hear about Dale's passing. My husband, Charles, was on the search committee when he was hired here in Painesville. Imagine my surprise to hear that he had come from Bellefonte.....my hometown! And then to discover that he lived in the house that my grandfather built!... small world indeed!
My husband and Dale had a wonderful personal and working relationship...we all missed the family when they left town....sincerely, Susan Cannon

David, Bruce, and Ann- I started babysitting for your parents when they first moved to Bellefonte and continued until they left in 1961, going from caring for one small baby to all three of you. Dale and Doris were two people I greatly admired and tried to emulate throughout my life. I know you must have been very proud of both of them, as I know they were of you. You have my deepest sympathy.
