Paula Marie (Breese) Harris, 65, passed away on Sweetest Day, October 21, 2017 after a courageous battle with pancreatic cancer. Born in Sandusky, OH, she was raised in Akron and graduated from Ellet high school in 1970. Paula retired from the organic and natural food industry after a management career of 46 years. She adored, cherished and enjoyed her 3 granddaughters; Lexi, Rylie, and Gracie.  She also enjoyed going to movies, home decorating and spoiling her family. Paula was preceded in death by her parents, Paul and Dorothy (Gray) Breese; sister, Donna Kalla and brother, Paul R. Breese.  She is survived by her husband, Charles; children, Kelly (Raddish) Muse and her husband Ed, Kyndra (Harris) Watson and her husband David, and Kinsy Harris; grandchildren, Lexi Watson, Gracie Watson and Rylie Harris; beloved nieces and nephews; and an extended family of support in Josh and Patti. Paula was a ‘foodie' extraordinaire and an Akron girl at heart.  She shared her many travels from around the world through her stories and abundant gifts from abroad.  Paula was the ultimate “momma bear” doing anything she could for her children and grandchildren. A memorial service will be held on Thursday, October 26, 2017 at 1 p.m. at the Eckard Baldwin Funeral Home and Chapel, 760 E. Market St., with Pastor John Wilson officiating. Friends may call at the funeral home for one hour prior to the service from 12 – 1 p.m. Private interment at Greenlawn Memorial Park.
