Sarry Alayamini, 67, passed away on November 25, 2017. He was born in Jerusalem, Palestine (present day, Israel), on May 18, 1950. He immigrated to the United States in 1975, ultimately establishing his life in Chicago where he met his wife, together raising their three sons.

A Chicagoan at heart, Sarry moved his family to Canton, Ohio in 1993 to be closer to his siblings, nieces, and nephews.

Sarry will forever be remembered by many as a generous friend and proud Arab-American, in addition to his dapper attire and loyalty to Cadillac cars. He will continue to be especially loved for his dedication to his family as a brother, uncle, husband, father, and grandfather.

Sarry is survived by his wife (Ursula), three sons (Michael, James, and Andy), two grandchildren (Katie and Jacob), and siblings (Hannan, Suhair, Sawsan, Tawfiq, and Maher).

Sarry rests at Northlawn Memorial Gardens in Cuyahoga Falls, Ohio.
