Sue G.(nee Buchanan) Powers

Sue G.(nee Buchanan) Powers, 49, passed away peacefully on August 1, 2005. She was the driving force behind Girls Portage Lakes Softball, and will be deeply missed by her family and extended family. She was also extremely proud to have been an organ donor upon her passing.

She was preceded in death by her father, Hilary McDermott and brother, Larry Buchanan. She is survived by her loving husband of 30 years, Glenn; daughters, Hilary Powers of Westerville, OH and Georgette (Gabe) Hamrick; granddaughter, Madison Treptow; one unborn grandchild; and mother, Myrtle.

Cremation has taken place and there will be a private service at the convenience of the family.
