Mary M. Stewart

Mary M. Stewart, 66, passed away July 10, 2005. She was born May 16, 1939 in Akron. Preceded in death by her husband, Officer Glenn K. Stewart; mother Nellie McBee and brother Ken Burnette She is survived by her daughters, Kimberly Ann Stewart (Craig) Verheyen, Cheryl Lynn Stewart; son, James T. (fiancee Glenna) Stewart; grandchildren, Nikki, Brian, Crystal; great grandchild Kason; brother- in - laws and sister- in- laws, Cecil (Kitty) Stewart, Bo (Jerry) Stewart and Don (Dorie) Stewart; nieces, Jackie Moran, JoAnn Quillen, Karen Ryan, and Beverly Galluzzo; and many friends at the Akron Police Department and the University of Akron Police Department.

The funeral service will be Friday, July 15, 2005 at 1:00 p.m. at the Eckard Baldwin Sanctuary Chapel, 760 E. Market St. with Rev. Bob Denton officiating. Interment at Hillside Memorial Park. The family will receive friends Thursday from 5 to 8 p.m., and for one hour prior to the service on Friday from 12:00 Noon until time of service.
