Bonnie & Becky (and family)-so sorry for your loss; ironically, I recently had been thinking of your Dad, and wondering how he was doing, when I heard the news...

Ladies, I'm so glad your family moved to Jonathan Ave. way back in those care-free days of childhood-you added so much to that magic mix that was the neighborhood back then! We didn't know we had it so good! And maybe just as well, for we took it as the way it should be for everyone, everywhere and just went w/the flow.
The impromptu neighboorhood water "fights", softball games in your backyard, some neighboorhood picnics, sitting on the front porch on Summer nights drinking "Boone's Farm" wine & other (ghastly) concoctions w/ your Mom & Dad, your Dad letting (always!) us use the backyard for football games & July 4th fireworks...I could go on...
Bottom line, we couldn't have done that great neighborhood without your family. Loved your Mom & Dad and I love you both & hope you are well & hopefully see you soon. I'm glad your Dad had a long life & I hope it helped make up some of the loss of losing your Mom way too early...
I proudly will always remember the "hard time" he gave myself & John while playing cards, etc. I know it was love...

At almost 93 and failing health, I'd like for you to know what a wonderful, kind man Water was. My husband and I, Walter and Ruth were really great friends. I remember all of the good times we shared, I remember you girls coming over to play dolls, and I remember visiting at Parasson's restaurant.
My deepest sympathy to you all.
