Alexander Mcandrew Mcculloch

July 30, 1944 — July 19, 2016

Alexander McAndrew McCulloch, 71, passed away peacefully July 19, 2016. He was born in Inchinnin, Scotland to the late George and Elizabeth (Train) McCulloch and immigrated to Toronto in 1970. He resided in Florida from 1982 - 2005 before moving to Ohio in 2005.

Mr. McCulloch studied to become a master diesel mechanic in Scotland after finishing school. His trade created the opportunity of immigrating to Canada, where he worked as a diesel mechanic with Dominion Consolidated. Leveraging this experience, he was able to further immigrate to the United States, where he worked as a Fleet Service Manager for Peterbilt in Florida, and ultimately established his own Fleet Service business prior to his retirement.

While in Scotland, Alex was also an accomplished futbol goalie and enjoyed racing stock cars. He was also a 32nd degree Mason and a member of the Scottish Rite. In the United States, he became an avid golfer. He was fun-loving and kind and will be deeply missed.

Alex is survived by his daugther, Karen (Mark) Stockinger and their children, Alex and Tori; and brother, Kenneth (Christine) McCulloch and their daughter, Kirstin. He was preceded in death by his wife, Ann; sister, Georgie; and brothers, Jim and Ian.
