Amanda R. Ashley

Amanda Rose Ashley, 32, went home on September 6, 2018. Mandi was born in Akron on May 2, 1986, loved to sing, and was a fun and happy person, always willing to help others. She battled addiction for many years, several times successfully, but ultimately wasn’t able to overcome it. She will be deeply missed.

“Only the good die young”.

She was preceded in death by her mother, Wanda Filing; brother, Robert Ashley III; daughter, Madison Grace; and grandfather, Henry Roberts. She is survived by her father, Robert Jr.; siblings, Joshua Vaden, Kati, Jake, Hannah and Jeremy Vaughan; children, Kylie, Katie, Alise and Bella; grandparents, Judith Ashley, Robert Ashley Sr. and Sylvia Roberts; and many loving aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.

Calling hours will be held on Monday, September 17, 2018 from 5 – 7 p.m. at the Eckard Baldwin Funeral Home and Chapel, 760 E. Market St. A graveside service will be Tuesday, September 18 at 2:00 p.m. at Riverside Cemetery, 3607 Pearl Rd., Cleveland, OH 44109.
