Bethanie Jo Phillips, 63, passed away October 29, 2026. She was born in Akron and was an East High School graduate.
Preceded in death by her mother, Nancy, she is survived by her children, Isabella Phillips and Brandon Slaughter; grandson, Roland; and siblings, Tom (Valerie), Patricia and John (Nuveen).
Cremation has taken place and a celebration of life and burial will be held at a later date.
