Beverly "Sue" Lance

Beverly “Sue” (Persinger) Lance, 75, passed away June 22, 2024. She was born in Minden, WV to the late Lester and Marjorie (Jamison) Persinger and moved to Ohio when she was young. She was a 1966 Kenmore High School graduate and had worked for O’Neil’s and Polsky’s years ago.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her sister, Karen Persinger Abernathy (Mike). She is survived by her son, Garland (Michelle) Lance and their children, Nia and Eve; daughter, Marjorie (Timothy) Lance Allen and their children, Timothy Jr, Debbie and Justin; sister, Sandra (Gilford) Persinger Harper; nephew, Michael (Katie) Abernathy and their children, Kayla and Brooke; aunts, Doris Francis, Betty Jamison and Martha Jamison; and other relatives and friends.

A memorial service will be held on Wednesday, July 3, 2024 at 11 a.m. at the Eckard Baldwin Funeral Home and Chapel, 760 E. Market St., with Pastor Raymond Smith II officiating. Interment at Greenlawn Memorial Park.
