Carl H. Myers, 63, passed away September 19, 2016 at his residence. Born in Akron, he was a lifelong area resident and was a U. S. Army Veteran. Carl was a truck driver for ABF in Brimfield and belonged to a local Teamster’s. Preceded in death by his father, Carl W. Myers in 1983, he will be sadly missed by his mother, JoAnn (Stanley) Theodosion; sister, Carol (Frank) Stropoli; nephew, Brian (Kristina Russell) Stropoli; two step-sisters; two step-brothers; several step-nieces and nephews; and many friends. Friends may call Monday, September 26, 2016 from 4 to 6 p.m. at the Eckard Baldwin Funeral Home & Chapel, 760 E. Market St., where a prayer service will take place at 5:30 p.m. with Fr. Jerry Hall officiating. Interment will be Tuesday, September 27 at 9:30 a.m. at Ohio Western Reserve National Cemetery. The family suggests memorials be made in Carl’s name to the American Cancer Society, PO Box 22478, Oklahoma City, OK 73123.
