Dennis P. Tavanello

Dennis P. Tavanello (Honis), 65 of Barberton, passed away suddenly April 15, 2018. He was born June 24, 1952 to the late Victor and Elvadean (Craig) Tavanello, was a proud veteran of the U.S. Marine Corps and retired from Bessemers Farm.

Dennis enjoyed spending time at Choices, playing board games with friends, hunting, fishing, riding his bike, and spending holidays with family. He will be deeply missed.

In addition to his parents, Dennis was preceded in death by his dog, Pete. His loving memory will be left to cherish by his son, Caleb (Alaina); granddaughter, Brigette; sisters, Carmen, Vicki (Tim) Grant and Beth (Larry) Gemmell; brother, Ronnie (Yvonne); special nephew, Bobby; lifelong companion, Andrea King and her three sons, Brandon, Damon, Marlon; his dog Kangaroo; along with a host of nieces and nephews.

A memorial gathering will be held on Sunday, April 29, 2018 starting at 2 p.m. at the Ohio Veterans Memorial Park 8005 South Cleveland-Massillon Rd., Clinton, OH 44216 with military honors at 2:30 p.m.  In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be sent to 130 5th St. SE #414, Barberton, OH 44203.
