Harry "Wild Bill" Spencer

Harry “Wild Bill” Spencer, 82, passed away peacefully April 23, 2025. He was born in East Liverpool, OH on June 11, 1942 to the late Harry and Alice (Lemley) Spencer and was a proud veteran of the United States Army.

Bill retired from Hayes Lemmerz International, was a member of the Mt Akra Post 680 Masonic Lodge and of the Scottish Rite. He was a very down-to-earth and loving person who fought a 22 year courageous battle with various health issues. He was also very well known for his artistry in custom painting of motorcycles and race cars, even earning the cover of Beacon Magazine. He will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved him.

He is survived by his wife of 30 years, Joyce; sister, Mary Jo Hawkins; and many other loving family and friends. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his brother, Jerry Hawkins and brother-in-law, Jim McDonald.

Per his wishes, cremation has taken place and there will be no services.
