Harry Richard Movsesian

Harry R. Movsesian, 80, passed away February 15, 2025. He was born in New Haven, CT to the late Senakarim and Marjorie (Johnson) Movsesian, was a Buchtel High School graduate and a veteran of the US Army.

Harry Mo was very active in youth sports, coaching baseball in the West Akron Baseball League (WABL) and basketball for the Northwest Akron Hawks. He impacted the lives of many and was “one of a kind”.

He is survived by his son, Mickey (Sue); grandchildren, Madilyn and Michael; brothers, Greg (Jan), Robert and Kevin; and nieces, Chris (Rodney) and Michelle (Blake).

Visitation will be held on Friday, February 21, 2025 from 11 am – 12 noon, at the Eckard Baldwin Funeral Home and Chapel, 760 E. Market St., Akron, OH 44305 followed by a brief memorial service at 12 noon.
