James L. McMillen, 55, passed away peacefully at home on April 30, 2017. He was born in Morgantown, WV and worked as an electrician for the Local 306.
Preceded in death by his parents, Mary Ellen White and William Cargo, he is survived by his wife, Tina; step-children, Tyleasha Campbell, Ashley Blasdel and Erika Reagle; step-grandchildren, NaZhanna, Braelyn and Collin; brother, Ernest (Susan); and several nieces, nephews and friends.
A memorial gathering will be held on Saturday, May 6, 2017 from 11 am – 1 pm at the Eckard Baldwin Funeral Home and Chapel, 760 E. Market St.
