Janie M. Friend, 91, left this world to join her husband of 72 years, John C., and daughter and son-in-law, Nellie and Bill English on February 23, 2011. Left behind are her sons, John (Mary) of Akron, Kenneth (Maryann) of Florida, and David (Margie) of Texas; daughter, Martha Wilson; and Ruthie Friend and Mae Davis.
Janie had a lifelong love of bowling, family and her dog Holly.
Cremation has taken place and there will be a memorial service in her honor at a later date.
