Jean Nichols, 88, went to heaven on May 13, 2015. She was discontent in this world and desperately wanted to go to Heaven with Jesus and her loved ones gone before her. Waiting for her at the gates were her husband, Forest E. Nichols Jr.; parents, Roy and Grace (Murphy) Copeland; and brother, George Copeland.
She leaves to cherish her memory her daughter, Doris (Richard); grandchildren, Ric (who cared for her all her life), Tony (Lisa), Pamela (Rick) Coble, John (Moranda), and Matthew (Kirstie); and great-grandchildren, Joseph (Shannon) Johnson, Amanda, Caitlin, Alexis, Hailey, Mattison and Emma.
Jean was born in Decatur, Alabama and enjoyed working at Akron General Hospital. She belonged to Ernest Angley’s Grace Cathedral for over 40 years and cherished her trip to the Holy Land with her church family.
