Jeanne Tall

Jeanne Tall, 73, passed away with her husband and dogs by her side September 22, 2024 after a courageous battle with pancreatic cancer..

She was born in Akron to the late John and Helen (Bahil) Takacs and was a Kenmore High School graduate. She worked for Firestone Tire and Rubber Company for several years and later retired from Leidy Engineering.

Jeanne is survived by her beloved husband, Jim; daughter, Jill; grandchildren, Tommy, Luke and Rachel; and brother, John (Sherry) Takacs. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her sister, Jane and brother, Frank.

A graveside service will be held on Thursday, September 26, 2024 at 1 p.m. at Greenlawn Memorial Park, 2580 Romig Rd., Akron, OH 44320 with Pastor Ron Shultz officiating. Arrangements by Eckard Baldwin Funeral Home and Chapel.
