Pastor Jim was also a long-time, active member of The Chapel, serving many years in care ministry, C.A.P.S. and as a devout Sunday School teacher. He dedicated his life to his family, his community and his faith, and he will be sadly missed.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife, Helen and grandson, Michael. He is survived by his children, Daniel (Susan), Mike (Kim) and Pam Baldwin; grandchildren, Jessie (Mitch), Amy, Katie (Billy), John (Valerie), Julie (Joel), Jimmy (Heather), Kathy and Becky; 17 great-grandchildren; and dear friend, Carla Thomas.
The funeral service will be held on Wednesday, January 9, 2013 at 1 p.m. at The Chapel, 135 Fir Hill. Private interment at Hillside Memorial Park. Calling hours will be on Tuesday, January 8, from 4 – 7 p.m. at the Eckard Baldwin Funeral Home and Chapel, 760 E. Market St.
