Jimmie Linder

Jimmie Linder, 88, went to her Heavenly home December 11, 2020. She was born in Meigs County, TN on November 16, 1932 to the late Arlin Sr and Saurilla (Robinson) Moore and worked in the mission’s department at Ernest Angley’s Ministries. She was also employed at Decatur Manufacturing in Tennessee in the sewing department for many years.

She was preceded in death by her husband, William “Billy”; son, Alexander; daughters, Sylvia, Renee and Phyllis Ann; brothers, Phillip Moore and Arlin Moore Jr.; and sisters, Aileen Bailey, Louise Jenkins, Emily King, Ada Mae King, Bernice Bailey, Wanda Moore and Linda Moore. She is survived by sons, Malcolm, Greg and Lamont; daughters, Faith, Heather and Sandra; sister, Joan Robinson; and a host of grandchildren, nieces, nephews and friends.

The funeral service will be held on Thursday, December 24, 2020 at 10 a.m. at the Eckard Baldwin Funeral home and Chapel, 760 E. Market St., with Rev. Steve Millar officiating. Calling hours will be at the funeral home for one hour prior to the service, from 9 – 10 a.m. Private burial will be held at a later date.
