Joyce Church

Joyce Church, 76, passed away November 17, 2023. She was born in Barberton to the late Thomas and Evelyn Lyle and was a lifelong resident.

Preceded in death by her husband, Dean; son, Timothy; and brother, David Lyle, she is survived by her children, Donald, Jason and Lorrae; and grandchildren, Timothy II, David, Brittany, Michaelann and Mike. Special thanks to Ashley and the caring staff at ProMedica (Legacy) Nursing Home of Barberton and Crossroads Hospice.

The funeral service will be held on Monday, December 4, 2023 at 2 p.m. at the Eckard Baldwin Funeral Home and Chapel, 760 E. Market St., Akron, OH 44305, with Pastor Petar Nenadov officiating. Calling hours will be at the funeral home for one hour prior to the service, from 1 – 2 p.m. with burial to follow at Greenlawn Memorial Park.
