Juanita C. Tomlinson, went home to be with the Lord on June 22, 2015 at the age of 68.
She was born in Beaver, West Virginia to the late William and Arnie (Hawks) Banks and was a resident of Akron for 65 years.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, John Tomlinson; brothers, Orville and Ernest Hawks, Abner and Ervin Edwards; and sister, Martha Henderson.
She is survived by her sons, Bill (Shelia) Wortman, James (Jen) Tomlinson, and Sara (Tom) Tomlinson-Harris; many loving grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
The family would like to thank our special extended family from Clear Path Home Care and also Summa Hospice for their service.
The funeral service will be held on Thursday, June 25, 2015 at 10:30 a.m. at the Eckard Baldwin Funeral Home & Chapel, 760 E. Market St., with Elder Floyd Frye officiating. Calling hours will be at the funeral home for 1/2 hour prior to the service, from 10 - 10:30 a.m. Interment at Northlawn Memorial Gardens.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations to Eckard Baldwin to assist in funeral expenses.
