Larry J. Calhoun, 67, passed away peacefully at his home January 30, 2014. He was born in Akron and earned a bachelors degree in Social Work from the University of Akron.
Larry was a rebel with a heart of gold and never judged anyone. He loved Bingo, the outdoors and spending time with his grandchildren.
Preceded in death by his father, Larry, he is survived by his mother, Marjorie; daughters, Nicole Lynn, Heather Lynn and Ruby Lynn; grandchildren, Emma, Tristan, Jenna, Wayne and Marcus; sister, Paula and brother, Earle.
A wake will be held on Thursday, February 6, 2014 from 11 am – 12 noon at the Eckard Baldwin Funeral Home, 760 E. Market St. followed by a memorial service at noon officiated by Rev. Michael Mancari.
