Lea Jo (Lichtenberger) Gnagey

Lea Jo Gnagey, 63, passed away April 23, 2018. Born in Sandusky, OH to the late Elmer and Dorothy (Ward) Lichtenberger, she moved to Akron at a young age before relocating to Arizona. She earned a nursing degree in Phoenix, where she lived for 30 years and worked as an RN at Arrowhead Hospital. Lea enjoyed ceramics and crocheting, especially making outfits for each of her grandchildren.

Preceded in death by her parents and husband, Roger, she is survived by her children, Billi, Randy, Brian, Adam, Roger and Cory; 18 grandchildren; sisters, Pam and Dina; and other loving relatives and friends. Calling hours will be on Saturday, April 28, 2018 from 10 – 11 a.m. at the Eckard Baldwin Funeral Home and Chapel, 760 E. Market St. The funeral service will immediately follow calling hours at 11 a.m. with Rev. Michael Mancari officiating. Burial at Hillside Memorial Park.
