Linda S. Hine

Linda S. Hine, 64, passed away May 8, 2011. She was born in Akron to the late Walter and Jean (Ayars) Hine and was a lifelong resident where she worked at the Summit County Library and for the Department of Job and Family Services. Linda also sang with the Sweet Adelines in the Canton City of Flags Chorus.

She is survived by her sister, Denise Boyer; nephew, Alexander Hamilton; dear friend, Carolyn Novak; and a host of other loving friends.

A memorial service will be held on Wednesday, June 1, 2011 at 6 p.m. at St. John - St. Paul Lutheran Church, 282 W. Bowery St., with Pastor Rick Gordon officiating. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Eckard Baldwin Funeral Home, 760 E. Market St., Akron, OH 44305 in remembrance if Linda.
