Mary Alice Kline, 89, passed away December 21, 2010. She was born and lived in Akron; she worked for many years at Western Reserve Hospital (Green Cross) as a member of the dietary staff. Mrs. Kline was a longtime member of Immaculate Heart of Mary Catholic Church, where she sang in the choir.
She was preceded in death by her husband of 52 years, Paul Edwin Kline Sr.; and brother, Herbert Thompson. She is survived by son Paul Edwin Jr. (Linda); granddaughters, Maria Hockwalt, Wendi Marino, and Julianne (Eddie) Speedy; great-grandchildren, Lauren, Jillian, Brock, Kade, Mia, James, Laney, Jace, and Kara; brother, Russell Thompson; and extended family, Mary, Becky, and Ruth Handley.
The funeral mass will be held Monday, December 27th 2010, at 10:00 a.m. at the Immaculate Heart of Mary Church, 1905 Portage Trail, Cuyahoga Falls, OH 44223, Rev. Thomas McCann officiating. Interment at East Akron Cemetery. The family will receive friends at the Eckard Baldwin Funeral Home, 760 E. Market St. Sunday, December 26th from 2 to 4 p.m.
