Melissa Beth Mullins

Melissa B. “Missi” Mullins, 39, passed away November 10, 2023 after a nearly yearlong battle with cancer. She was born in Akron and was a 2002 Norton High School graduate. Melissa loved Disney (especially The Little Mermaid), animated films, Garth Brooks and her cats.

She was preceded in death by her mother, Mary; infant son, Michael; and her grandparents. She is survived by her sons, Andrew and Chris; father, Jerry; fiancé, Andrew Coleman; sister, Robyn (Jeff); brother, Jerry III; nieces, Kara, Gillian and Savannah; uncles, Brian (Stacie) and Robert (Lynnette); aunts, Rebecca (Johnny), Nancy (Dick) Kelly and Marlene; and many other loving relatives and friends.

Per her wishes, cremation has taken place and there will be a celebration of life at a later date. In lieu of lowers, any donations to assist the family with final expenses would be greatly appreciated: Eckard Baldwin Funeral Home, 760 E. Market St., Akron, OH 44305
