Michael G. Lakatos passed away peacefully at his home on February 3, 2016 at the age of 51.
He was the beloved son of Steve and Pam Lakatos, and is also survived by his sister, Brenda Lakatos; special aunt and uncle, Frances and Don Havens; and many more aunts, uncles, cousins and friends. He was preceded in death by his grandmothers, Elsie Pfeiffer and Sophie Lakatos Orban.
Michael was a 1982 Springfield High School graduate and was a long-time friend of the North Springfield Presbyterian Church.
Per his wishes, there will be no calling hours and a memorial service will be held at a later date. Donations may be made to North Springfield Presbyterian Church, 671 Canton Rd., Akron, OH 44312.
