Paul K. Overholt

Paul K. Overholt, 99, passed away June 4, 2024. He was born in Akron to the late Franklin and Clara (Nance) Overholt and was a Garfield High School graduate.

Paul worked for Brown-Graves Lumber Company for over 50 years and was a lifelong member of First Church of God in Tallmadge. He was a friend to everyone and always willing to help anyone in need, He will be deeply missed.

He is survived by his wife of 42 years, Katherine; sons, Wayne and Ken (Pam); and several loving nieces and nephews. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by 8 brothers and sisters.

The funeral service will be held on Wednesday, June 12, 2024 at 11 a.m. at First Church of God 464 Northeast Ave., Tallmadge, OH 44278 with Pastor Douglas Walter and Pastor Charles Erbe officiating. Calling hours will be at church for one hour prior to the funeral, from 10 – 11 a.m. with burial at Greenlawn Memorial Park.
