Raymond Scott Reed, 51, passed away at home on December 12, 2012. He was born in Akron on February 18, 1961, and lived his life in the Akron area.
He was preceded in death by parents, Howard and Leona; brother, Fred; and son, Steven. He is survived by Terrace; sons, Shane (Danijela), and Spencer; loving companion, Therese Ventrone; stepchildren, Ann, Tom, and James; sisters, Debra Church, Linda (Gene) Wolford and Gloria (Ernest) Haines; five grandchildren and many aunts, uncles, nephews and friends.
A memorial service will be held Monday, December 17, 2012, at 1:00 p.m., at the Eckard Baldwin Sanctuary Chapel, 760 E. Market St, with Rev. Mike Prebynski officiating. The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Monday, TWO HOURS prior to the funeral, from 11 to 1 p.m.
