Raymond E. Swiger, 71, passed away July 26, 2013. He was born in Akron, to the late Linden and Lucy (Gump) Swiger, and lived most of his life in the Akron area. Ray was an independent contractor installing flooring and carpeting for many years.
He was preceded in death by his wife of 20 years Irene, in 2004. He is survived by his children, Ambra (Kenny) Vita and Christopher (Nikki) Swiger; grandchildren, Jeffrey Vita, Roland Swiger, and Derek Swiger; and brother, James Swiger.
As per the wishes of Mr. Swiger and his family the service and interment will be private.
