Richard J. “Bud” Allen Sr., 60, passed away December 29, 2017. A lifelong Akron resident, he was a veteran of the US Army. Bud was also “Mr. Fix It”, a backyard mechanic and loved racing motorcycles and the Steelers.
Preceded in death by his mother, Pat and grandmother, Pauline, he is survived by his children, Judi Bello and Richard (Felicia); grandchildren, Terri, Zach, Candice and Angel; long-time girlfriend, Sandy; Beverly; and many other loving relatives and friends.
The funeral service will be held on Thursday, January 4, 2018 at 1 p.m. at the Eckard Baldwin Funeral Home and Chapel, 760 E. Market St., with Pastor Dwayne Ray officiating. Calling hours will be at the funeral home for two hours prior to the service, from 11 am – 1 p.m.
