Richard G. Holland

Richard G. Holland, 85, passed away March 29, 2023. He was born in Akron to the late John and Lottie (Kellam) Holland and was an East High School graduate. Richard was a proud veteran of both the US Army and US Navy and retired as a supervisor from the City of Akron.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife, Anita, and great-granddaughter, Alexis Edwards. He is survived by his step-daughter, Helen (Donald) Goddard; step-grandchildren, Ashley Hornick, Archie Yates Jr. and Leyna Nicholson; and step-great-grandson, Devin Roberts.

Burial with military honors will be held on Tuesday, April 11, 2023 at 10:45 AM at Ohio Western Reserve National Cemetery, 10175 Rawiga Rd., Seville, OH 44273.
