"Bob"Robert E. ‘Bob’ Engle Jr., 50, passed away December 6, 2016. Born in Akron, he was a lifelong resident and worked at the Akron Steam & Sauna. Bob graduated from Akron Garfield High School where he participated in the ROTC program. He very much enjoyed casinos, camping, line dancing, Dr. Pepper and his cats, Teacup and Nugget.
Preceded in death by partner, Stanley Krise; he will be sadly missed by mother, Diane Bender; father, Bob Sr. (Karollen); sister, Kim (Anson) Walker; nephews, Shawn and Zach; niece, Zoe; grandmother, Helen Werntz; and many other family members and friends who loved him.
Friends may call Saturday, December 10th from 10 to 11 a.m. at the Eckard Baldwin Funeral Home & Chapel, 760 E. Market St., with the funeral service immediately following at 11 a.m. Interment at Hillside Memorial Park.
