Ronald C. Byrd

Ronald C. Byrd, 77, passed away October 1, 2018. He was born in Akron to the late Lewis and Minnie (Fox) and was owner/operator of Ashley Antiques for over 30 years. Ron was a wonderful dancer and had impeccable taste in furniture and accessories.

He is survived by his long-time, dear friend Pauline Patterson; nephew, Tim McAtee; niece, Penny Toney; and many friends.

The funeral service will be held on Thursday, October 4, 2018 at 3 p.m. at the Eckard Baldwin Funeral Home and Chapel, 760 E. Market St., with Rev. Ron Shultz officiating.  Calling hours will be at the funeral home for one hour prior to the service on Thursday, from 2 - 3 p.m. Private burial at Hillside Memorial Park.
