Rosalee Blair

Rosalee Blair, 90, passed away December 31, 2021. She was born in Akron to the late Acy and Artie (Sanderson) Gilbert and was a devoted grandma to her grandchildren.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Wilbur; children, William, Carl, Sharon and Mike; grandson, Kristofer; and 5 brothers and sisters. She is survived by her children, Juanita Meeker, Janet (Jeff) Lemon, Dennis Blair and RoseAnn Conrad; many grandchildren, great-grandchildren and great-great grandchildren; son-in-law, Todd Simmons; brother, Bobby Gilbert; sister, Edna Hamlet; and daughter-in-law, Cindy Blair.

The funeral service will be held on Wednesday, January 5, 2022 at 12 noon at the Eckard Baldwin Funeral Home and Chapel, 760 E. Market St., with Rev. Jason Bowman officiating. Calling hours will be at the funeral home for one hour prior to the service, from 11 a.m. - 12 noon, with burial at Mt. Peace Cemetery.
